Feature updates/improvements and bug fixes:
-Fix bug preventing stripe credit card info from successfully creating new payment method
-Rearrange ui elements to not block media as much
-Refresh data on activity window after adding or removing a checkin, or after blocking a user
-Add overlay to some camera/video upload screens to encourage portrait mode
-Rename submit button for saving credit card info
-Hide checkin user image and performer image on activity window and checkin expanded if empty
-Hide completed action view on next screen click
-Fix bug preventing performer profile url to be shared from expanded media screen
